  • We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the misuse or mishandling of toys or electronics after purchase.
  • Customers are advised to follow all safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
  • Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect toys and electronics before purchase to ensure they meet their expectations.
  • All garment purchases are eligible for exchange within a 7-day period from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Any defects or discrepancies should be brought to the attention of our staff during the inspection process.
  • A valid proof of purchase, in the form of a bill, is mandatory for initiating the return of any product.
  • Please be advised that the use of counterfeit currency is a punishable offense, and any attempt to transact with fake money will be reported to the authorities.
  • Complimentary parking is provided for the first 15 minutes exclusively for our customers.
  • Enjoy free parking for the first 15 minutes, exclusively for customers. For those making purchases above AED50, parking is complimentary for up to 2 hours.
  • Unauthorized parking by non-customers is strictly prohibited; any outsider parking without making a purchase will result in fines enforced as per our policies.
  • In the event of unauthorized parking, we reserve the right to tow the vehicle and deliver it to the respective department for further action.
  • All vehicles must present the purchase bill at the time of exit for verification purposes.
  • The loss or damage of a parking ticket will incur a fine of AED 150.
  • Any accident or incident happened must be reported to given number (04-2692626).
  • Any vehicle is parked for more than 2 days will be removed by authorized department with owners expense.
